MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to provide the most caring and professional optometric care available to our patients.
EXAMINATIONS
We provide personalized comprehensive eye health examinations for all ages. We do testing to detect eye diseases, such as cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. We also look for systemic conditions that can affect the eyes, such as diabetes and hypertension. We test for eye muscle imbalances and computer screen problems.
Drs. Bacak and Mannik are certified by the International Board of Examiners in Optometry, in the states of Michigan and Ohio to use therapeutic pharmaceutical agents. This means they are qualified to diagnose and treat most eye problems including:

LASER VISION CORRECTION
Drs. Bacak and Mannik perform pre-surgical evaluations for PRK and LASIK procedures, and post-operative follow-ups. They are affiliated with TLC (The Laser Center) in Portage. |

Your glasses, which were purchased from us, will receive a one-year, one-time replacement of any manufacture defect of the frame. Follow-up adjustments of your glasses from our staff are free of charge. No appointment is needed for these services
